These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rpavirtualstaffing.com (the "Site"), operated by RPA Virtual Staffing ("RPA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

RPA Virtual Staffing is a virtual staffing and recruitment agency that connects businesses with virtual assistants based in the Philippines and Latin America, charging a transparent 12% service fee on top of the assistant's salary. The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to learn about our services and request a consultation.

The Site itself does not provide staffing services directly — engagement of a virtual assistant, payroll, and ongoing support are handled through a separate agreement between you and RPA Virtual Staffing following an initial consultation.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by any third party.

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems; (b) use automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Site without our prior written consent; (c) submit false or misleading information through our contact form; or (d) use the Site to transmit harmful code or malware.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RPA Virtual Staffing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as our scheduling and social media platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party sites.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPA Virtual Staffing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
